    My main reason for a thread deletion idea was purely to aid people who'd had a moment of Fumble Fingers yet had no way to clear up as they might want to - that's all really.

    Congrats to both Carpy and HJ! A fitting addition to the defence force of our wonderful new board! Wishing you both good luck.

    Other boards tend to have moderators who rarely comment or seem to have no "fan's perspective" or a sense of humor or human side, and can be total grumps. However I don't sense that sort of thing happening here! Good, respectable folks were selected and I'm so relieved about that!

    (now perhaps we can clean up and eliminate some of those crazy threads (open letter, etc.) and bring the board back to the peaceful home it was not too long ago! ;)

    Really don't want to pile in and start removing stuff - things take their natural course and if it fades down the list then fine but if people want to keep posting in it then fine too. I'm sure things will work out in the end.
