  • Your question marks were read as you did not. Apologies. He's a bit laconic for me.

Shall lure it back to cancal half a line,

No worries.  I hate the way that text just doesn't come across sometimes.  Even emoticons don't really help.
  • I would personally love it if they do something Indian-inspired. Yeasayer did a remix for them a while back, and I loved the way it sounded. Think of it as a less cheesy version of Sarah Brightman's Harem. That would be really cool. But again, who knows?
  • Oh dear, it's come to that point again where I can't stop thinking about what the next Goldfrapp album will sound like. They've kept very quiet about what they're up to this time, haven't they?
I would mind a little trickle of information every now and again to whet the appetite.

  • Hmmm, considering SEVENTH Tree was their FOURTH recording set....hmmm, there's got to be something  there, right?  Something transcendental, maybe?

Fourth electronic album? Please, maybe, thank you. Not even that heavy on it like BC, SN or HF, but at least more upbeat than ToU.
I'd love them to finally make an album that's a really strong mix of their chaotic, upbeat electro side and their dramatic, orchestral softer side. The closest they came to an album of mixed directions was Black Cherry and even then it was an entire electronic album.

Or maybe they'll sucker punch us all and put out an album of 20 dubstep-grungecore-new-wave anthems
...I don't even know what I'm talking about anymore

  • ^   Hahaha, Low!  I was with you all the way until dubstep, etc.  Seems you felt the same way.  I like what you're saying, especially about the upbeat.  Surely something is happening, I just hope it's good.

Did you mean to add anything, Littlebird?
  • ^Probably a birthday hangover !

  • No, I haven't has a birthday in ages.  Just wondering if LIttlebird was just admiring my comment so much (?) that she felt like reiterating it or wished to add something that inadvertently was mislaid.
  • It was Little Bird's birthday at the start of the week WW. Hopefully, she got blattered off her face and could not add anything pithy in her attempted reply.
    Have you surfaced yet Kate?

  • They seem to be completely immersed in studio mode, thank god. Alison composed a simple, yet effective tweet accompanied by a picture of a busy little bee.
    This is what it said:

    Working

    I screamed.

I was so overcome with disappointment that it wasn't a sneak peek in studio that I failed to see the hidden meaning there.

Howdy, Stranger!
