    That's the very reason it works for me - that period of Simple Minds (Sons And Fascination / Sister Feelings Call / Empires & Dance) is one of my favourite things (ie before they jumped their own shark) so to have the Manics cross that with a Goldfrapp synth riff is a bit of a non-guilty pleasure!

    Whilst cycling across a sweltering London village this evening I was listening to Girls! Girls! Girls! by Sailor although only in my head! #earworm. Can't think what prompted that!

    Watched a gig on iPlayer on the train home by Charlotte Church it was preceded by a documentary about the making of said music. The music is out there and original (not sure to my taste) I'd be interested to hear what you think? Charlotte Church
