    Try to. Going through all kinds of family troubles at the moment. With my Wife at home. And with all relatives. Really is doing my head in. Like i say its not been as bad today. Thing is i honestly do not know what i have done.

    Sorry to hear about your family troubles cw36frapp.  I wish I could stay on a bit longer but I should've gone to bed just past midnight.  I hope things are a little less stressed tomorrow.
    Though we may deserve it, it will be worth it.

    I'm feeling pretty happy.

    Just ran the mile to the pool in the piddling rain, knocked out a breaststroke mile (66 lengths) in 39 mins then ran the mile back again AND I'M NOT DEAD!

    It really gives you a glow when you have a session like that :)  :)

    Legs ache been on at least a 20 mile walk up hills & down hills & that's just the roads..... (yes they are like that around here.)
