    Nearly 30 years ago now WW. Annie was a striking looking woman from memory. Not sure if she is still alive as Sade is 57, so Annie would be in her 80's. Her maiden name was Annie Hayes and she was a District Nurse but when I met her, she was managing the maternity unit in Clacton on Sea, which is where Sade and I went to school, only different schools. Strange thing is that Clacton has never made a big thing about being associated with Sade.

    I did see a Sade show about 20 years ago (I  still have the t-shirt).  I think Sade deserves a statue in Clacton.  I don't think the woman ever put out a bad song.  Note, that she took her time between recordings.
