Okay. Knowing they won't be a "parody" ever again, as should have been totally obvious, to me:I hope they expand on the intro of the "Making of 'Tales of Us'", which consisted of a Laurel soundscape. Something that fully explores the music, something emotionally prog.I think the future has never been brighter for Goldfrapp. They're coming off one of their most brilliant albums.

I'm torn between which album I love more.. BC or 7T. I would love another album that made me feel like these two albums did, however after Tales I feel a more upbeat (not necesarrily dance..) sound. Something quite relaxing but with rhythm and movement to.. Hairy Trees, Tiptoe, Number 1, CCH, Utopia, Pilots etc..Electronic yet chilled and atmospheric. I love the sound of synth, electronic sounds with a real-life orchestra layered on top. Black Cherry was full of layers and the whole thing is an ear-gasm from start to finish. Seventh Tree was full of lush arrangements and melodies.

Something upbeat, with a bit of edge. I adore Tales of Us but the majority of the album is quite slow paced.

And, I just went and twitted a little and I like Alison's state. She seems to be in a very good place and that encourages me alot towards what we might be hearing whenever they get around to it. I still think an electric chill would be rather nice.
