Hee: I know what you mean. And that's fair enough when the song (or the album it's from to put it in the wider context) is about sex, sexual desire, passion and pleasure.
What bugged me about Miley Cyrus's sexed up act around Wrecking Ball was that the song itself isn't sexy IMO: it's a slightly piquant song of regret and self-blame about how the singer messed up a relationship before it ever really got going by comng on too heavy. We're in country music bittersweet vignette of life territory here IMO.
And yet coming on too strong is exactly what the video and dance for the song did, only entirely without any hint of self-knowledge or irony.
Now on the other hand you could argue that a rather muted song like that would need all the randomly sexed-up help it could get to boost its sales. Also that MC was in retrospect looking for the first opportunity she could find to dump her earlier image conclusively, and Wrecking Ball was the innocent bystander caught in the crossfire (as it were).
Scotland does not know how close it came to disaster. This has appeared today and if the most hardened Scottish Nationalist voter had seen this, they would have surely thought twice about voting Yes.
Apparantly, SPECTRE stands for Salmond Planned Evil Campaign To Rubbish England

No, he's going to batter and deep fry it, alive, in the time honoured Scottish way. Many Mars Bars have perished in similar circumstances.

Fortunately not. A majority of enlightened Scottish people decided they liked Queen Liz and not some Jacobite Bavarian Duke.

I am assuming that you are not a fan of the James Bond film franchise? Evil criminal mastermind intent on taking over the world? Apparently, Holyrood is his evil lair. Perhaps if this image was Mike Myers or Austin Powers based it would make more sense ?

As a child, I watched many of the James Bond films, but I don't remember an evil cat. I must admit, I was a greater fan of the music than of the stories. I didn't realize that Scotland's plans were so nefarious and broad in scope. How intriguing! I hope they have a good theme song.
