Same thing, she's escaping something always, just the location changes. The music barely evolves and neither has the concept. The only difference this time was they asked people for donations. That may be the most cynical way of looking at it.

Tonight's moon madness was the best Capaldi episode so far. Big ideas well played. I'm glad you think so. A lot of people seemed to really hate it but I was hooked from the start and had chills long after it was over.
