How do you feel today?
5.1 is surround sound (5 speakers plus 1 subwoofer, as opposed to the 2 speaker stereo mix on CD).

How do you feel today?
"The DVD is just the album in 5.1 right? No actual video. Hmm." Maybe, 5.1 is all it promises but i'm hoping there might be some visual background going on as the album plays. That's just me hoping though :P
