I think it's just that it's so different in terms of how it works compared The Old Very Brown Place that makes some of this seem wrong/broken. There are certainly issues but we're kinda getting there bit by bit.

Yeah, some people go to gigs and want to feel part of something communal & special but others want to be seen as much as the band. I'm really not a fan of those types of crowd goers either.
